How do we do EPC survey?

Getting started with Manchester EPC survey!

  2. Visit the Property

    • One of our qualified assessors will visit your home and take pictures from the front, side and rear of the property
    • Take details of heating system
    • Take details of the water tank
    • Pictures of heating controls
    • Windows
    • Electric meter
    • Gas meter
    • LED or low energy lights (if any)

  3. Payment

    • You can pay at the time of the visit in Cash or pay by Bank transfer or PayPal (PayPal fee applies). Our team will calculate and produce your energy performance certificate and outline any improvement recommendations.

  4. Report Delivery

    • The report is emailed within 24 hours after the payment has been received and send you a copy directly via email. Commercial EPC is emailed within 48 hours after the payment.

Energy Performance Certificates
